My property manager Helen was fantastic. since she has gone any requests I make go unanswered , other then "I will pass it on to the owners". I now have to meet the owners myself about property , luckily I can do this, so what is the agent for.Simple they have too many properties to notice
They have looked after 2 of my properties for quite a few years. Very attentive to emails and are very good at selecting the right people to move into my houses. Call back quickly whenever I leave a message, and keep a good eye on the properties. Have not had a problem with a tenant since they took over. Very pleased.
