Brilliant host with an excellent breakfast. Beds could do with an update.
What great hosts. Little bit of a walk to town
Very clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful owners. Not fussy at all. Delicious hot breakfast with fruits, juices and cereals. Highly recommended. Will go there again.
Beautiful, comfortable and cosy huge old house behind a high brick fence that makes it a private sanctuary. Excellent accessibility for the older or infirm traveller, and twin bed options that can be rare. The hostess, Tina, is so wonderful - welcoming, thoughtful and meticulous. She makes a bed that would pass the strictest Nun test, and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast options are diverse and very generous, written out on a blackboard for you to choose from. If you're eating dinner locally - go the Thai down the road - they have a serious authentic Thai aesthetic, with food that's better than most city Thai restaurants.Thanks Heronswood House - an excellent stay - we didn't want to leave!
I stayed with girl friends in Feb 2016 and all of us had such a blessed time. Breakfast was so special and we felt so looked after. Highly recommend and want to visit there again. thank you
