Absolutely useless store. Never have what you want or not enough. The service is appalling. One checkout on a Sunday is ridiculous. I will drive to Bunnings from now on.

I was very dissapointed with the returns policy as another review mentions. Someone purchased for me a Stanley Studfinder as a gift but it was a complete piece of junk (as can be seen in consumer reviews). I had the receipt but they would not accept the return as I had opened the package. This is the first time in my life I have been told I could not return a faulty item, possibly in breach of some consumer law? The merchandise is overpriced too, even for a regional hardware store. Better of to wait until I need a few things then go to Bunnings in Mittagong.
