I have been having my hair looked after at this salon for the past four years. This hairdresser is the best I have been to in decades. He knows how to cut, colour and condition my hair and is always very pleasant and courteous. I know that I will not leave the salon with a bad hairdo - it is really important that your stylist understands your hair type and knows what will suit you and Ken certainly knows his work.
I went in this morning to enquire about the price of a cut+dye and was met with (I assume was the owner) yelling at me telling me how it was inappropriate for me to ask about how much they charge for such. He went on to accuse me of trying to price- bargain and that I was taking money out of his pocket and that its my fault that he cant pay his rent. I then told sir that I understood that he has things to pay for and I was only enquiring as it is in my right as a customer to do so. Sir then told me to leave his shop. This is by far the worst experience I have had as a customer anywhere and I would not at all recommend this salon to anyone; unless of course you want to be met with utter abuse and disrespect. 0/5
