Great experience - a young guy (Andrew) helped us out, new what he was talking about and we will definitely make our purchase there because of his attitude.
Sadly, they don't participate in following through with their actions. After placing an online order and attempting to pick it up, there was one item that was missing out of the order. The store staff advised me they would chase it up. After not hearing anything, I contacted them again, and advised they would chase it up. Again, I heard nothing, so I contacted them yet again. I was advised they would chase it up, again. They did this time, and I received a call back with an update. I finally got my item, 4 weeks and 2 days after my order was said to be ready. Not good Harvey Norman, my first online order, and my last.
Bought a new Samsung washing machine. Very good price, cheaper than other store ie Bing lee. Offered me free delivery too. Small scratch mark during delivery which was compensated with $50 credit towards next purchase. Great service.
