Wonderful facilities and Vicki was really helpful with any questions we had. The kids loved the pool and the putt putt golf - I loved the open fire and beautiful scenery. We will be back!
Great Location! Amazing atmosphere, staff are lovely, pool and all other amneties are great and clean! Lots to do and loads of people to talk to :) Been coming here since I was 10 or 11 and it's been recently updated
Gorgeous picture perfect place to camp. The pool, jumping pillow, put put, playground and movie room made this the best family get away. Very clean facilities made things very comfortable. Highly recommend!
The staff seem great. The open unpowered a camp sites are great, well priced and all. Amenities are fit for purpose, but perhaps a bit run down. Plenty of hot water, big showers nicely set up so your gear stays dry etc. Plenty of toilets, basins, laundry etc. A few old-school MacGyver style repairs suggest that one day maybe all this will get updated or renovated more thoroughly. It would be easy to give more stars if there were more to give... after renovations. But most places that do this end up with less toilets and showers, small cubicles and poor ventilation. (You can't beat good old-school design). Personally it was ideal for what I needed for Beyond Festival at the showground next door. But for those used to the latest and greatest, it's not that. Bang for buck - it's a win. I will come back.
Once again a fabulous weekend at Glenmack. It really is such an amazing place. Kids love it. So much for them to do, and such beautiful surroundings for us to relax. I would highly recommend this place as one of the best getaway locations. All the staff are fabulous. Helpful, accomodating and wanting to make your stay as easy as possible.
