We had a fantastic meal. A step above your classic pub food, great service and prices.
Good spot; we were at the taphouse for most of the afternoon, and tucked in here for a cheeky drink. It is a great spot; friendly staff, a local crowd and if you like an old 'dirty' pub where the focus is just on a drink, and a yarn this is a good spot to drop in to. We didn't stay for food, though that will be next time!

Can't thank this amazing little bistro enough Porterhouse Bistro... what a charming little place... nice and warm inside from the winters cold... Our steam train was running late and we called ahead to book a table for 7 and to have 7 fantastic meals waiting... The service was nothing short of what we expected from a small country pub.. brilliant !!! We were welcomed and cant wait to return... Thanks for an amazing lunch we loved it...
